What Helped Me Stay Ahead of the Nausea

Thankfully, my nausea stayed on the milder side and mostly showed up first thing in the morning. I learned pretty quickly that if I ate something small before even sitting up in bed, I could usually stop it from escalating. Keeping simple crackers on my nightstand became my little morning routine. If I waited too long, that’s when I knew it was too late.
